We deliver our flowers in one of our vehicles from our physical location within our direct delivery zones described below: 94801, 94804, 94805, 94806, 94706, 94530, 94803, 94820, 94547, 94564, 94572.

Availability of Delivery:

We do not make deliveries unless the combined total of the products ordered for an address is $59.99, not inclusive of other fees (like taxes, delivery fee, transaction fees). 12 PM local time is our cut-off for Same Day Deliveries on regular days. We will make our best effort to make these deliveries on the same day. Any order placed for Same Day Delivery after 12 PM local time will be delivered on the following business day. On Saturdays the cut-off is 12pm local time for Same Day Deliveries.

We will make every attempt to accommodate delivery requests, however we do not guarantee deliveries for specific times. Typically during normal circumstances and seasons, deliveries are made from hours ranging from 9:30 am to 5pm local time. This delivery window may change during high-volume days or seasons.

We do not make Sunday deliveries. Orders placed for Sunday delivery will be scheduled to be delivered the following business day (excluding Holidays like: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).

Delays

Delays caused by factors outside of our direct control, including but not limited to events of “force majeure”, road closures and traffic conditions, lack of access to a delivery address due to factors beyond our control (ie, a locked or secure property or a gated community where access is not permitted, etc.), and incorrect or insufficient address provided at the time of the order or recipient unavailability, recipient not at home, bad weather conditions or for whatever reason Flowers cannot be delivered on the date requested, we may attempt to notify the sender as well as the recipient and will reschedule for the soonest available delivery date/time.

If we cannot deliver Flowers due to the recipient not being at home or we received a wrong address, the recipient must pick up flowers at the store.

Holiday Floral Delivery

We cannot guarantee deliveries on a specific date/time for busy floral holidays like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day , Thanksgiving and Christmas.
To maximize the likelihood of delivery on one of these busy floral holidays, place your order with at least seven days in advance. Orders placed within 4 days of Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day DO NOT HAVE GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATE/TIME. Neither cancellations nor refunds will be entitled for late deliveries on orders placed during the Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day holiday.

During Valentine’s and Mother’s day Same Day Deliveries is not available. We cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Anonymous Flower Delivery

If there is no signature on the gift message, the sender may have accidentally left the card unsigned or they may have wanted to remain anonymous. As per our company policy, we do not release our customer’s information without their consent. Please contact us and we will reach out to the sender to request the release of their information.
